No Refund Policy –Â
All coaching programs, consulting services, workshops, strategy sessions, and digital products offered through RonakTulshyan.com are non-refundable. Since our services involve personalized guidance, strategic planning, intellectual property, and dedicated time, all payments made are considered final. Once a booking has been confirmed or a service has commenced, no refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued under any circumstances.
Session Rescheduling –Â
If you are unable to attend a scheduled coaching or consulting session, you may request to reschedule by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, rescheduling is subject to availability.
Requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or failure to attend without prior notice, may result in the session being considered completed without any refund or replacement.
Cancellation by Ronak Tulshyan –Â
In rare situations where a coaching session or consulting appointment needs to be postponed or cancelled by Ronak Tulshyan due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date and time will be offered. If rescheduling is not possible, appropriate alternatives will be discussed directly with the client.
Digital Products & Resources –Â
Any digital resources, downloadable materials, templates, worksheets, recordings, or educational content provided through RonakTulshyan.com are non-returnable and non-refundable once access has been granted.
Payment Confirmation –Â
Your coaching session or consulting engagement will be confirmed only after successful receipt of payment. It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate payment information and ensure payment is completed before the scheduled service.
