I’m Ronak Tulshyan. I help founder-led SME and MSME businesses in India build systems across sales, marketing, and operations — so the business can grow without depending entirely on the founder.

This isn’t secondhand knowledge. I watched my father run his business as the last line of defense for every decision, every sales call, every fire. I lived through what happens when a business has no system stronger than one person — in his business, and later in my own ventures. Everything I teach now comes from rebuilding that pattern, piece by piece, until I understood what actually makes a business survive without consuming the person who built it.
